Friday night, I went to Scotto's Pizza in the Crispin Square Shopping Center with my friend Bob.  We just felt like having some good pizza.  The restaurant was packed with people there for Take Out.  We could barely get in the door.  The staff is friendly and our pizza was delicious.  So...if you live in the area; try Scotto's.

If you look at the chart above, the number of sold home is up from 2010 and 2011.  The average settled price is about the same as 2011; as is the median sold price.  The settled dollar volume is up from both 2010 and 2011.  I see this as a good sign and perhaps we're entering a recovery period.  Many experts are predicting a good spring market.  So, if you're thinking of buying or selling, now is a great time.

In Burlington County for the third quarter of 2012, the number of homes for sale was down 21.6% from the third quarter of 2011.  And conversely, the number of homes sold for the quarter was up 21.9% from the same quarter over 2011.  With homes for sale dropping and closed sales increasing, it appears that the market is improving....a good sign for Burlington County.  With interest rates at a record low and the market preparing for what we all hope is going to be an awesome 2013 Spring Market, there is no better time than NOW to buy a home!
